My child doesn't speak Bosnian at all. Is that a problem?+
Not at all. Many of our pupils start from zero. Children are placed in the Preschool or Years 1 to 4 tier depending on age and grow from there.
Where are classes held?+
In-person sessions run in London, with online classes for families further away and adult learners across the UK. Online and in-person pupils share the same homework portal.
How much homework is there?+
About 20 minutes a week. Short reading, a quiz, and a vocabulary set with audio. Enough to keep momentum, never enough to be a chore.
Do students need to log in?+
No. Each child gets a friendly username, like amina.h.347, and a six-letter class code. No passwords for kids to remember. Teachers manage all accounts.
Can I see what my child is doing?+
Yes. The parent portal shows the homework set, what your child submitted, the teacher's feedback, and attendance.
What devices work?+
Any modern phone, tablet, or laptop. The student portal is optimised for mobile because that is what kids actually use.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, any time from the parent portal. Monthly and annual plans stop renewing immediately. Term payments run to the end of the term you paid for.
