Terms of Service

When you book a place you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the pupil (or an adult learner enrolling yourself), and that the information you provide is accurate. The first trial lesson is free and carries no obligation to continue.

• Fees are shown on our pricing page and may be paid monthly, per term, or annually.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise the recurring charge for your chosen plan.
• Sibling and family discounts, where offered, are applied automatically at checkout.
• We may change our fees from time to time; existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days' notice before any change takes effect.

You can cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time from the parent portal; it will stop renewing immediately and you will keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Term payments run to the end of the term purchased. As this is a continuous service that begins promptly, the standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply once lessons have started, but we will always consider reasonable refund requests fairly.

• We will provide lessons led by qualified, native-level teachers following our published curriculum.
• We will safeguard pupils in line with our safeguarding policy.
• If we ever need to cancel a lesson, we will offer a replacement session or a credit.

Pupil and parent accounts are personal to you. Please keep usernames and class codes confidential and do not share access with others. You agree not to misuse the portal, attempt to access other users' data, or upload unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

We provide our service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous twelve months.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
